Excellent personality and easy to deal with. The only suggestion is that they always have two keys available. We had to wait for them to make an extra key. This seems unwarranted since everyone needs at least two keys.
Other than this, we were treated with respect, honesty, and in a very professional manner by everyone.

This was by far the best and easiest purchase of a vehicle that I have ever done. I purchased a 2008 Dodge Nitro from Matt. I set up everything over the internet, price, loan, trade-in value etc. I also live 2 1/2 hours away from Lima. That was no problem as they delivered the Nitro to me at my work. Once it arrived, I took it for a test drive and loved it. The driver that brought it then changed the plates while I was cleaning out my trade-in. Then I signed the paperwork for him and he drove off. I will never go to a dealer to deal again after this. It was that good of an experiance. And Tom Ahl will be the first dealer I contact. My wifes car is due to be replaced in the next couple of years, and I will be contacting Matt then.

Beyond that, he arranged for the delivery of the vehicle and had an issue with the car resolved before he brought it to me, saving me time and aggravation. Because of Matt, I didn't have to fuss with having the common problem resolved. He handled it and got the car to me in excellent condition.

The vehicle I bought was at a good price and well worth the money. Everything about the car is flawless.
